Because of security concerns related to displaying sensitive juvenile documents over the internet, The St. Lucie County Clerk of the Circuit Court will no longer allow access to juvenile documents over an unsecured website. There are two options available to view juvenile documents; Visit either the downtown Fort Pierce office (201 South Indian River Drive) or the St. Lucie West office (250 N.W. Country Club Drive) or purchase a Citrix connection.
The Citrix connection will allow external agencies to access our internal data and document storage system securely. The fees for the connection will be as follows: $475.00 per concurrent connection license ($325.00 per concurrent connection license plus $150.00 maintenance) for the first year. After the first year, the Clerk’s Office will bill $150.00 for annual maintenance of the connection.
